Introduced in October 1999 to celebrate the new millenium, based on the standard or the 111S models.

Changes to the standard or 111S model:
- Atlantis Blue body colour
- Blue Alcantara Steering Wheel Pad and Sill Trim Panels
- 111S type Black Leather seats with Blue Alcantara centres
- Standard versions also had 111S Rims
- Standard versions also have headlamp covers and rear wheelarch spats. (111S clams)

Cars were usually supplied with a range of dealer fitted Lotus accessoires.
