Quicksilver Super Sport
The Quicksilver Super Sport exhaust system is a direct replacement for the original exhaust and It weighs around 10kgs lighter!

Like all Quicksilver exhaust systems the exhaust note is refined giving a superb sports note when accellerating.  When diving at motorway speeds the exhaust maintains a smoother and quieter sound with no droning or resonance in the cockpit. The system is constructed from type 304 stainless steel and comes with a 25 year guarantee. Quicksilver exhaust systems have been proven to deliver more power and torque than other exhaust systems tested on our rolling road.

  Quicksilver Titanium 
Although the Quicksilver Titanium exhaust does save a lot of weight over stock, only the slerve of the Quicksilver "titanium" is titanium. The entire exhaust is not titanium like the Arqray single tip titanium exhaust. The exhaust tips on the Quicksilver Titanium exit flush to the diffuser, similar to the Lotus Stage 2 exhaust. Unlike the Quicksilver Sport, this exhaust will not cut a hole through your diffuser.
 
  Lotus Stage 1
The stage 1 comes more out the difuser than the stage 2 and has a lower noise level than the stage 2. The stage 1 still permit you to speak clear in the cockpit while driving on the highway. The Burbels and pops are not that overwhelming as the stage 2. A good alternative for the standard exhaust for people who like a sporty sound and cultivated drone.
 
Lotus Stage 2
The stock Lotus unofficial option exhaust. The Stage II exhaust requires cutting (enlarging) of the diffuser exhaust hole in order to install. The exhaust is very loud, and it drones on the highway, just like the Quicksilver. It also comes with the delightful burbles and pops. It comes with "F1" style tips, meaning the exhaust tips are flush with the diffuser. There were some weld cracking problems with some versiosn of these exhausts. Most dealers were willing to take care of the weld issues if the car was still under warranty.
 
  Lotus Stage 3
The Lotus Stage 3 is especially designed for super charged engines. The exhaust is very noticable because it has only 1 single tip.


 

Arqray Twin Muffler
Its a Super Stock SCCA legal exhaust because it doesn't require cutting or modifying the body to fit. The install was pretty easy, about 2 hours. Out of the box it sounds deeper. The butt dyno isn't sensitive enough to measure, however from dyno graphs I've seen it's good for 4whp. The main reason I got it was because it's lighter than that stock exhaust, but the sound is a big plus, it's actually very nice, not too loud. 4 kg of aggressive fury from Arqray! Lightest, and best sounding exhaust for the Lotus Elise or Exige. Below 4k rpms it is a pussycat. above 4k, it roars like a lion without annoying drone.

Larini Sports Exhaust "SE"
"SE" (111S) twin tips exiting above diffuser.
Specifically tuned to create a beautiful exhaust note throughout the rev range.  This exhaust is also produced with fully polished aircraft grade T.304 Stainless Steel.
Superior construction: Fully TIG-welded and mandrel bent piping.
Improved performance (~5bhp) and noticeable increase in throttle response.
Bolt on in place of your stock exhaust, only the perforated panels must be modified or removed.

 

2Bular Twin Extended Tips
6”dia x 18”. This weighs 6Kgs and has an exciting F1-type scream for a road car. At 104 dbs,its days are numbered for the Trackdays. Perfectly liveable with on an everyday basis though.

7”dia x 18”. This weighs 6.6Kgs. With 102dbs and more of a howl than a scream, you would still be allowed on Track for a “Noisy” day.

7”dia x 24”. This weighs 8Kgs. The future for any UK Trackday enthusiast. A drive-by reading of 92-94dbs. As with all  the 2bular exhausts, this is a Straight-Thru design, so be assured, it still has a wonderful, deep, Sports-Car exhaust note. Perfect for owners who put in a lot of Motorway driving.

8”dia x 24”. This weighs 8.7Kgs. Now, this may be a bit of overkill for the 111R/S2 Exige owner. However, there are some owners who would love this exhaust note. On the second cam, it has the most amazing howl. It has a bigger bore than the other systems,so I usually recommend this one for owners planning a Supercharger upgrade!

 

2 Bular Stage 2
The race-style, conical tips finish just past the diffuser cut-out. Featuring the 6”dia x 18” system, this is a very lightweight exhaust at 6Kgs. Comparing the 2bular Stg2 with the Lotus n/a Stg2, you can see the Lotus version is smaller however it weighs 8Kgs. A special race version exsists of only 5kg by using light-wall tubing (1mm thick) for the pipework. Surely one of the lightest thru-diffuser designs available for these cars.

 

2 Bular Single tip GT3
With the Single Tip, GT3 designs, the rear grille/numberplate sections are removed and a Panel Kit is used to support the diffuser edge and numberplate. It’s a real, racecar look (GT3 series) and becoming very popular. Again, the tip design is up to you. I have a new, burnt-tip finish for these layouts.
